Push and Pull Energy

The push and the pull are energies that feed actions. Tally up your pushes and pulls, are you using all your available power?

Push energy comes from behind you – we get pushed out of situations we don’t want.  There’s nothing like a good push to get something going quick.  Pull energy is in front of you – we get pulled toward something better than we have now.

  • Push power is a match that instantly lights a dark room. Great, except that matches burn out fast.
  • Pull power is a candle that keeps the room lit.

Most people run on push energy exhausting themselves before ever reaching their goal.  Sound familiar?

This week, tally up the pushes and pulls in your life. Are you using all the power available to you?   If you notice far too many burned-out matches lying around and far too many unmet goals, you’ll know it’s probably time to invest in a few candles.
